Can be portioned into roughly 5-6 pieces. Makes for a lovely centerpiece.
Arrives ready to cook at home. Can be frozen uncooked, ready for Christmas Day. Once cooked, we suggest eating within 5 days. Alternatively, you can re-freeze any cooked wellington for up to 3 months.
