Delivery
How It Works:
Place an order through our website, and specify your preferred delivery date and time during checkout. We are currently delivering on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays.
We will do our best to meet your requirements, although sometimes we will get in touch to discuss your delivery flexibility.
On the delivery day we will give you an e-mail or message when setting off. If you are not home to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. As a last resort we will leave the box in the safest place possible on your property, and leave you message with a photograph so you can find it when you return home.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for the box if we have had to leave it on your property, so please make every effort to be present to personally receive the box, or instruct us where best to leave it.
If you need to cancel your order please do so, on the phone or email, by 9pm a day before the delivery date. We are a friendly, flexible bunch, and if you need to change your delivery day/time, we will do our best to accommodate this.

Since March, we have been delivering to various areas in Bristol and the neighbouring South West, and we will continue to do so with any orders through this website, delivering to these postcodes:
Bristol Postcodes: All.
Bath Postcodes: BA1, BA2, BA3, BA15
Gloucestershire Postcodes: GL1, GL2, GL3, GL4, GL5, GL6, GL10, GL11, GL12, GL13, GL14, GL15, GL16, GL17, GL50, GL51, GL52, GL53
